Magnetron Meeting
Our April meeting is setting up the timeline for our 2025-2026 convention, as well as electing a Marketing Magnetron to complete the 2025-2026 term.

2026 Elections
12 pm is the 2026 Elections for 4 departments: Administration, Finance, Programming, & Vendors.
1 pm is the After-Con Review. Did you like/dislike something about the con? Please come and let us know!
On-Site Break Down
Calling all Volunteers for help to take down the convention and put it away. Time TBD (usually around 3pm to approx. 8pm) we will need help doing merchandise counts for our inventory, packing up everything into bins, and possibly a few able-bodied people to help our Magnetrons take these items to our storage unit (which is only about 2 miles away).

Vendor move in time: TBD. Keep an eye on your emails for news from the Vendor Magnetron.
On-Site Set Up
Calling all Volunteers for help to set up the convention! Time TBD (usually around 3pm to approx. 8pm) we will need help getting our Registration Desk items organized and Programming will need help getting signs onto doors and tables.
Volunteer Stuffing Party
Volunteer stuffing party at the Crown Plaza. Come help us get ready for the convention and get a first look at new merchandise!
