**We are moving**

Starting in 2026 we will be our new home at the
DoubleTree by Hilton in Bloomington MN!

We will have so much more room to expand into. At the Crowne we had all of the 36,000 square feet of event space, at the DoubleTree there is just over 80,000 square feet of event space to grow into! Please be patient with us as we have growing pains in our new location. I’m sure it will take us a couple years to sort out what and who goes where, but we will get there (we had the same issues when we moved into the Crowne, remember Registration in the hall where it was cramped and dark?)

Keep an eye on this page as we will be posting 2026 Hotel updates on here as well as statistics about the new hotel to get people excited - and we will give comparisons to the Crowne so you can get a feel for what we are working with for space. Go ahead and give the DoubleTree a Like on Facebook!

  • DoubleTree Parking: 1500 Spots! (Not including the overflow in the Sheraton parking next door)
    -Crowne had around 500 parking spots.

  • DoubleTree has 568 Guest Rooms
    -Crowne had 243 Guest Rooms

  • DoubleTree we will be starting off by using 37,000+ square feet of their total 80,523 square feet.
    -Crowne we were using 36,660 square feet of event space.

  • Vendors will be getting the Veranda Ballroom at 5,000 square feet.
    -Crowne’s Regency Ballroom is 4,110 square feet.

  • DoubleTree will have its own website for us to use for hotel reservations. They will handle all reservations through there, we will also obtain a verbal code if you wish to call in your reservation. If you book outside of the special website/code you will not get the convention discount.

  • Shuttle running from MSP to hotel from 5:30am to 12am.

  • Business Center, Fitness Center, Pool/Hot Tub all on-site.

  • Aspen and Oak Bar/Lounge/Resturant, and the Daily Brew is grab-and-go.

Find us off I-494 in Bloomington, a 10-minute shuttle ride from Minneapolis – St. Paul International Airport. Mall of America is within seven miles and Downtown Minneapolis attractions like Target Center and US Bank Stadium are 15 minutes away. Enjoy our pool and whirlpool, fitness center, and a warm DoubleTree Chocolate Chip Cookie at check-in.
